Every reservation you make will be subject to the terms listed below for Coach Hire Luton LTD and the specific booking criteria outlined by your preferred Travel Provider. Before making a reservation, you must check that you have read, understood, and consented to both policies.
Reservations for Coaches
Before the booking procedure can be finalized, all payments must be made at least seven days before the mentioned travel date. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and forfeit your deposit if payment is not received within seven days. If several cars need to be removed from the road due to an accident or a breakdown in their mechanical components, we may need to deploy several smaller vehicles to complete the route.
Damages / Spillage
It includes spilled soft drinks, water, wine, alcohol, or any other type of liquid. The driver will charge the passengers a minimum fee of £50 for any damage or mess produced by the passengers.
Any fines incurred due to improper use, damage, or spills must be paid to the driver in cash. Drinking is not allowed unless it has been discussed and agreed upon before the booking; however, the driver may allow it at their discretion, but only if the driver has previously permitted passengers to consume alcoholic beverages.
Why Choose Coach Hire Luton?
Any additional drop-offs not included in the initial booking will be charged at a minimum of £10-25 per drop at the driver’s discretion; the driver must be paid cash for any amount charged. If, for any reason, the customer demands an extra stay by the driver, they are required to pay a minimum payment of £50 per hour in addition to an hourly rate of £50 after that. It is the case even if the driver can satisfy the customer’s requirements.
No duty or obligation can be accepted by Coach Hire Luton LTD in any way, shape, or form for traffic congestion, road accidents, poor weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may cause delay. Both parties agree that delays in transportation, such as those caused by hiring a coach, are an inevitable aspect of doing business and do not constitute negligence on the side of the company that provides the service.
If, for any purpose, the driver is forced to reroute the journey due to traffic, adverse weather conditions, or any other unforeseeable reasons and is unable to get the passengers to the destination on time, neither the driver nor Coach Hire Luton LTD will be held liable for any loss that may be incurred as a result of this, including but not limited to missed flights, paying extra for alternative transportation, missed events or lateness to meetings, etc.
Coach Hire Luton LTD will not be held liable for any loss incurred and does not pay out any compensation under any circumstances; however, at the management’s discretion, they may allow the payment to be repaid. Also, if the vehicle assigned to the journey has a mechanical issue before or while on the trip, and we cannot find an alternative vehicle, Coach Hire Luton LTD will not be held liable.
Policy Regarding Vehicle Breakdowns
If for some reason, we have a technical failure of a vehicle, we will be allowed to dispatch a different vehicle as agreed upon or multiple smaller cars to complete the route. This authorization applies regardless of the reason for the failure. Because of this, we can provide our customers with transportation by forming connections with other outside suppliers.
