For the cost of the delivery, our clients have the option of paying us with a debit or credit card or by making a bank transfer to the account of our business.

Because the rates are significantly reduced for reservations made many weeks in advance, you should make your reservation as early as possible. When booked on the day of or the day before the departure date, the rates for coaches and minibusses are up to fifty percent more expensive.

Unless otherwise indicated at the time of the customer’s booking, our fees are based on the number of people in the car, not the number of vehicles.

As long as you give us the flight number when you make your reservation, we will track your flight and ensure that you are not charged for late arrivals even if the flight is delayed. If your flight has landed, but you are late in departing the airport, we have the right to charge you late fees.

A notification on where to meet the driver and his vehicle will be sent to you by the driver twenty-four hours before the start of your trip. Please check with the airport if you need clarification on where coaches park for arrivals if you are unsure.

All drivers have passed the VOSA exam required to transport passengers, and all vehicles have complete insurance coverage for this type of travel.

To ensure that we are always on time, we make it a priority to plan the arrival of the motor coach or minibus at the designated pickup location for 15 to 30 minutes.

According to the regulations governing transportation in the UK and the EU, it is against the law to consume alcohol while operating a passenger vehicle.
